About this RoleWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to lead end-to-end sourcing of electronic and mechanical components.Lead the sourcing process for electronic components (PCBs, sensors, batteries, ICs, etc.) and mechanical parts (enclosures, plastic molding, metal fabrication, etc.).Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and manufacturers — both domestic and international.Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with product requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical preferred) or Supply Chain Management.5–10 years of experience in hardware sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.Prior experience in related industries is highly preferred.Strong understanding of BOMs, components, tooling, and manufacturing processes.Proven track record in vendor management, cost negotiation, and risk mitigation.Your SkillsTechnical skills: proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD), bill of materials (BOM) management, and data analysis.Communication skills: ability to negotiate with vendors, collaborate with internal teams, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
