Job OverviewWe offer a highly competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.You will have direct exposure to our recruitment sales and client handling processes.Work with a fast-growing staffing agency that offers high learning and career growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through online research, networking, and local market mapping.Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.Identify and qualify suitable clients (ICP) for our staffing services.Create and share proposals for client onboarding.Successfully onboard clients and collect required documentation/fee.Understand and gather hiring requirements from clients.Maintain strong relationships with HR teams and hiring managers.Conduct field visits when required to acquire and strengthen client accounts.Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets.Maintain CRM/Zoho records and ensure smooth communication with clients.Ideal CandidateHighly motivated, target-driven, and confident communicator.Enjoys client interaction and building long-term business relationships.Strong negotiation, follow-up, and presentation skills.Comfortable with field visits within Cuttack when required.Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills.
