Leadership Opportunity in Domestic Business FinanceWe are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our domestic pharmaceutical business.Key Responsibilities:Financial Leadership & Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives, market expansion, and profitability targets.Financial Control & Reporting:Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensure timely management reporting with actionable business insights.Compliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to pharma industry compliance requirements, including NPPA guidelines, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.Establish and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.Cost Optimization & Efficiency:Drive cost control initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing functions without compromising quality.Team Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical financial practices.Requirements:Education: CA/CMA/MBA – mandatory for CA or CMA; MBA preferred.Experience:15–20 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong background in domestic business finance, preferably with exposure to branded formulations, generics, and institutional sales.Key Competencies:Strategic financial planning & business partnering.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharma pricing regulations, taxation, and industry-specific compliance norms.
