Senior Clinical Trials Specialist

Job SummaryAs a senior clinical trials specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing eCRF specifications, designing and developing clinical trial setup processes, and serving as the subject matter expert for all EDC database-related activities.Create edit check specifications and set up edit checks at the trial level to ensure data quality and integrity.Implement user acceptance testing scripts to validate the setup of clinical studies, ensuring that all necessary configurations are in place.Set up different instances of study URLs (e.g., UAT, production, testing) to accommodate various stages of the clinical trial process.Configure user accounts for study teams, ensuring secure access to sensitive information.Manage blinded and unblinded study configurations to maintain the integrity of clinical trial data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Clinical Supplies, IT, and Quality organizations, to establish technology standards and governance models that support the delivery of clinical trials.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:Extensive knowledge of electronic data capture systems and eCRF design principles.Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Veeva.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team environment.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:A competitive salary and bonus structure.A generous paid time off policy, including vacation days and holidays.A range of health and wellness programs, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
