Job Description:Senior Quality Assurance InspectorWe are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Inspector to coordinate and perform inspections for renewable energy equipment.Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the project requirements.Participate in the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules and schedule.Verify the conditions on site prior to performing the inspection.Coordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager.Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist.Monitor the testing lead time to ensure completion within the agreed schedule.Inform contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.Fill-in the inspection report based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.Suggest ameliorations to the supplier to improve the inspected product and the testing conditions.Qualifications:Bachelor in the technical field required.Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications and test procedures for PV Module required.Experienced in renewable energies, energy storage or factory inspection required.At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 year's experience in a PV Module technical position required.Minimum 1-2 years management experience required.Good command of the Microsoft Office required.Highly proficient in spoken and written English required.80+% of time on the inspection site is requested.Key Qualifications:Required Skills:PV Module expertise.Quality control knowledge.Excellent communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Work Environment:80+% of time on the inspection site is requested.
