AI Engineer for Pharmaceutical ApplicationsWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to develop and deploy advanced AI systems leveraging agentic frameworks and foundation models in the pharmaceutical sector.The successful candidate will play a key role in designing scalable AI solutions that accelerate drug discovery and clinical research, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.Develop and deploy agent-based AI systems for healthcare and pharma-specific use cases, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.Fine-tune foundation models for oncology and clinical trial data, driving insights and decision-making through data-driven analytics.Collaborate with AI Scientists, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to deliver robust AI solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.Evaluate and ensure the scalability, reliability, and compliance of AI systems within regulated environments, adhering to industry standards and best practices.Contribute to platform development and software engineering for AI-driven clinical study tools, expanding our capabilities and expertise.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required. 10-15 months of experience in developing agentic frameworks and working with foundation models is necessary. Strong programming skills in Python, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) are essential.
