Job Title: Statistical Programming LeadDescriptionThe Statistical Programming Lead will oversee the programming aspects of one or more clinical studies as per project strategies.Implement and execute programming standards to support ongoing clinical studies, reports, regulatory submissions, and ad hoc analyses.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesLead statistical programming activities for a therapeutic area or compound within multiple studies.Develop and maintain programming documentation following established standards and processes.Contribute to the development of standard macros and participate in establishing statistical programming standards.Qualifications, Skills, and CompetenciesA Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 7-8+ years of programming experience.Strong SAS programming skills in a clinical data environment with excellent analytical abilities.In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical development and regulatory submissions.This role requires strong collaboration, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. A positive attitude, team player mentality, and growth mindset are essential.
