Job Overview:The role of the Azure Data Architect encompasses designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance data architectures that support enterprise data initiatives.The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, medallion architecture, and data pipeline engineering.Design end-to-end data solutions utilizing modern cloud data platforms, particularly Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.Define and implement data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured).The job requires strong leadership skills to manage the successful delivery of multiple data projects and provide technical guidance to data engineering teams.As an Azure Data Architect, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining large-scale data systems, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and meet the needs of the organization.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data solutions that drive business value.Key responsibilities include:Architecting data warehouses and lakes using Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric.Designing and implementing data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Azure Functions.Developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures.
