Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Deep Learning to build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models.The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models, designing and implementing RAG pipelines, building and training deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and multimodal tasks.The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications, researching emerging GenAI and DL techniques to enhance existing systems, and documenting architecture, workflows, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers)Designing and implementing RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval frameworksBuilding, training, and optimizing deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and multimodal tasksCreating scalable end-to-end ML pipelines for production environmentsConducting data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentationEvaluating model performance with appropriate metrics and optimizing for accuracy, latency, and efficiencyRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and prompt engineeringExperience with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma)Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, attention models)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong knowledge of data handling, NLP, and model deploymentBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalentBenefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projectsCross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teamsProfessional growth and development opportunities
