Location: RAJASAB, Worli, MumbaiJob Type: Full-time, On-siteIndustry: Luxury Menswear / Bespoke TailoringAbout the RoleWe are looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented Fashion Associate to join our luxury menswear brand, RAJASAB. This role is ideal for someone who understands styling, fabric selection, menswear silhouettes, and enjoys guiding clients through a personalised, high-end tailoring experience.This is a client-facing, on-floor role with strong focus on service excellence, product knowledge, and styling support.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in the store with fabric selection, styling advice, and outfit coordinationSupport the sales team during consultations, trials, and fittingsMaintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelinesPrepare lookbooks, swatch sets, and styling options as directed by the creative teamCoordinate with production for order updates, alterations, and delivery timelinesEnsure the store environment remains organised, professional, and aligned with brand standardsUnderstand and communicate key product features, fabrics, fits, and tailoring processes to clientsQualifications & SkillsBackground in fashion, styling, retail, or luxury customer service (preferred but not mandatory)Strong communication and presentation skillsGood understanding of menswear fits, fabrics, and styling fundamentalsAbility to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environmentAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsProfessional appearance and client-focused approachWork ScheduleMonday to Saturday - 11AM to 8PM at our Worli storeOne weekly off rotationalCompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance incentives may applyHow to ApplyCandidates may apply through 's "Apply" button.
