Senior US Accountant Job DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position with excellent career growth opportunities, allowing for direct collaboration with the team based in the USA. The role involves overseeing and managing all core financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting.Prepare and maintain accurate estimates, invoices, credit memos, purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconciliations for both vendor and customer accounts.Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties; ensure timely tax filings and documentation for vendors and accountants.Lead monthly financial closing and deliver accurate financial reports within defined timelines.The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks Online and Google Suite, a strong understanding of US GAAP, federal & state tax regulations, and US compliance frameworks. They should also have experience managing end-to-end accounting cycles, including AR/AP, GL, inventory, and financial reporting. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required, along with CPA or equivalent US accounting certification preferred.
