Our technology team is developing our platform using Node.js, React, Redux, and TypeScript. We are seeking experienced professionals who can work on high-traffic platforms, scale our application, and improve performance.ResponsibilitiesBackend Development: Architect, develop, and optimize scalable and secure backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.Frontend Development: Build intuitive user interfaces using React and Next.js.Code Ownership: Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.Technical Leadership: Mentor team members on best practices, focusing on building scalable and efficient solutions.DevOps Integration: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate build and deployment processes.RequirementsMandatory SkillsFull Stack Development: 2-3 years of experience in building scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.Proficiency in developing user interfaces using React, Next.js, and modern frontend frameworks.Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservice architecture, and API design.Expertise in creating secure, scalable RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.Database Design: Proficiency in designing and optimizing databases, particularly with MySQL.Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.Secure Development: A deep understanding of secure coding practices and authentication mechanisms.Professional QualitiesExperience working on high-traffic platforms or products serving 1 million+ users.Proven ability to mentor junior team members and lead by example.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good to HaveExperience with Ionic or hybrid mobile application development frameworks.Advanced Azure capabilities, such as Kubernetes and CosmosDB.Familiarity with Firebase for notifications and real-time features.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing company with global ambitions.Work on cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment.Opportunity to significantly impact a product with rapid growth and global ambitions.Competitive salary, remote work flexibility, and a supportive team culture.
