Mainstream DFT Expert

We are seeking a DFT specialist to drive SoC/ASIC design innovation through advanced architecture, planning and implementation.The ideal candidate will have expertise in scan insertion, compression, ATPG, MBIST and boundary scan for complex ASIC or SoC designs.A strong background in Digital Testing is required.To succeed in this role you will need:7+ years of experience in DFT for complex ASIC or SoC designs.Proven track record in leading design teams.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key member.
