Immerse yourself in a dynamic role where technical expertise and customer satisfaction converge.As a seasoned Senior Field Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional value to our esteemed customers.By empowering them with your profound knowledge of Baya technologies, you will facilitate the seamless integration of these solutions into their products.You will collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams to decode customer requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and craft bespoke solutions that surpass expectations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical liaison for key clients, providing guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.Contribute to the design and implementation of customized solutions tailored to meet client-specific needs.Develop and deliver insightful technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.Provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction.Remain current with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to effectively advise clients on product development strategies.Essential Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience in field application engineering or customer-facing technical roles, coupled with a master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related fields.Proven track record of designing or supporting complex SoC from architecture definition to tapeout, addressing implementation challenges on advanced process nodes.Familiarity with RAS and reliability for enterprise and infrastructure markets is a plus. Understanding of functional safety standards and certification.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with customers, colleagues, and partners at all levels.The role involves travel to customer sites and events.
