Role : Robotics Support Engineer

Experience Level: 1- 2+ Years of Experience

Location: Chennai


Responsibilities

Training and certifying customers/end-users in the use of robots

Providing remote technical support for Global Distributor Technician in Commissioning of robots with the creation of maps, establishment of cleaning zones as well as the functional calibrating and testing of the robots

Providing remote technical services and troubleshooting support to all enquiries/faults encountered by the Distributor's Technicians

Collaborating with the Engineering and Production teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues for Distributor's Robots

Retaining subject matter expertise with the latest cleaning robot technology and advancement for enhancement of customer satisfaction.

Identify and feedback on key field issues for continuous improvement.

Build up technical know-how on product/problem solving via structured knowledge transfer and experience from field issues.

Required fundamental knowledge of electronics and electrical components, including the principles of voltage and continuity.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.

Fluent in English with the ability to understand and respond accurately.

Freshers Need Excellent Communication Skills

Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts (Includes Night Shift)

Ready to work from Office

Qualification: Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics / Automotive Domain / Equivalent degree / ECE / EEE
