HRIS Analyst

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS applications
• XML experience – developing, configuring/designing, testing for customized business use
• Strong experience working directly with stakeholders and/or third-party vendors on UAT
• Ability to gather business requirements from business partners to translate into technical software requirements

Plusses:

• Dayforce or Workday experience

Day-to-Day:

A large hospice and palliative care post-acute care enterprise is seeking an offshore resource to assist in a HRIS system migration. The ideal candidate will have a background in HRIS system migrations with strong expertise in XML forms. This person will be working with a team from Dayforce to support the custom build of forms in XML from Workday and configure to the clients new HRIS system/Dayforce. The ideal candidate will have a fair mix of technical and functional backgrounds and be able to elicit feedback and gather requirements directly from the business to develop, configure, and test the XML forms.
