Location: Kormangala, Bangalore Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Experience: Fresher (0–1 year) Duration: 2 months About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Intern to support our day-to-day recruitment activities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to kick-start their career in HR, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end hiring for fresher and entry-level roles Source, screen, and call candidates for various positions Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups Assist in releasing offer letters and completing onboarding documentation Ensure strong communication and coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders Contribute to improving hiring processes and candidate experience Requirements: Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment Ability to manage multiple tasks at once Available to work 6 days a week Additional information: Free Lunch + Snacks Daily Cool workspace and fun team environment Exclusive project goodies Our Values Empathy, Trust & Candor We put ourselves in the shoes of our colleagues and customers and don’t shy away from uncomfortable conversations, instead building trust through honest and direct feedback.
