Cloud HCM Technical ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Cloud HCM expert with a strong background in EBS HRMS.Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Migrate and integrate data from EBS HRMS to Cloud HCM, maintaining data integrity and consistency.Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Cloud HCM solutions.Key Responsibilities:Extensive experience with EBS HRMS and proficiency in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.Proven expertise in migrating and integrating data from EBS HRMS to Cloud HCM, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable, but not essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
