Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented engineer to design and implement scalable systems that power growth. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of go-to-market systems, revenue operations principles, and automation tools.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology solutions. As a GTM engineer, you will be responsible for automating workflows, integrating platforms, and building data pipelines that drive measurable growth.The successful candidate will be a systems thinker with a passion for automation, scalability, and documentation. They will have hands-on experience with automation tools such as Clay, Zapier, Make, and n8n, as well as a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and scripting languages like Python and JavaScript.Our ideal candidate will also have experience designing and maintaining integrations between go-to-market platforms, including CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce. A bonus would be exposure to business intelligence and data engineering concepts.Required Skills and QualificationsAutomation Expertise: Strong knowledge of automation tools and techniques, including workflow automation, integration platforms, and data pipeline development.System Design: Ability to design and implement scalable systems that meet business needs and goals.Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting.Integration Experience: Experience designing and maintaining integrations between go-to-market platforms, including CRM systems.Business Intelligence: Exposure to business intelligence and data engineering concepts, including data visualization and reporting.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80K - $110K USD, depending on experience, plus performance incentives.
