Our flagship product, a robotic platform, retrofits onto existing warehouse racking.Backed by leading investors in the robotics space, we are poised for significant growth, with a strong customer pipeline and a mission to redefine warehouse automation.Electrical Architecture Preparation: Prepare electrical architecture per customer standards.Electrical Drawing Preparation: Prepare electrical drawings for systems.System Hardware Design: Design system hardware, control panel design, component selection of switchgears, relays, arrays, and sensors.Calculations: Perform electrical system calculations.BOM Preparation: Prepare bill of material (BOM).High-Level Flow Chart Preparation: Prepare high-level flow chart per software architecture.Sequence of Operations: Prepare sequence of operations for systems as conceptualized by the leader or lead member.Testing: Test design systems on the shop floor if required.PLC/Robot/Drive/HMI Experience: Work on PLCs/robots, HMIs, drives, servo, etc., for concept proving.Technical Meetings: Participate in technical meetings with customer project and controls team and understand technical requirements and customer standards.Control Panel Component Selection: Knowledge of control panel components and their selection, computer savvy.Electrical Drawing/Electrical Calculation/Control BOM Selection: Knowledge of electrical drawing, electrical calculation, control BOM selection, work experience on PLCs/robots, HMIs, drives, servo, etc.Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience on E-Plan/AutoCAD Electrical.Engineering Knowledge: Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and electronics engineering, pneumatic, and hydraulics.Fieldbus Experience: Knowledge of fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinite, serial communication schematic diagram, signal line diagram, generation of terminal detail.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Software Skills: Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.Engineering Standards: Knowledge of engineering standards such as safety, electrical, and pneumatic (OSHA, NEC, NFPA, UL, ANSI, CE, etc.).Vendor Management: Review and approve vendor lists, prepare quotation requests/bid tabulations/purchase orders, and review substitutions for technical acceptability.Team Management: Assign work to teams, monitor, and manage work.
