This key role involves developing and executing strategic plans to enhance product visibility, increase conversions, and optimize pricing strategies.Main Responsibilities:Marketplace Scaling: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to scale ecommerce growth across all marketplaces, leveraging tools for optimization and performance measurement.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on performance marketing metrics and leveraging platform tools for event-based marketing and visibility boost.Q-Commerce Channel Growth: Design and implement data-backed strategies to grow Q-commerce channels, monitor SKU movement, and identify opportunities for product assortment gaps.Business Insights and Strategy: Analyze performance KPIs, provide regular insights and dashboards, and suggest actionable initiatives based on competition analysis and consumer trends.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure aligned execution, coordinate seasonal campaigns, and new product rollouts.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3–6 years of experience managing ecommerce growth across marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms.Proven expertise in campaign management and scaling brand presence in ecommerce.
