Frontend Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building responsive, accessible and highly performant user interfaces using React and Next.js.The successful applicant will be responsible for translating design concepts into pixel-perfect, production-ready frontend experiences, implementing complex data visualizations and interactive dashboards for healthcare analytics, creating smooth, performant animations, transitions and micro-interactions using GSAP, collaborating closely with backend engineers to design, consume and integrate RESTful APIs, working with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Storage and related tooling, using and improving frontend tooling including Vite, Webpack and modern build systems, implementing and maintaining state management solutions such as Redux or Context API, applying strong TypeScript practices, type safety principles and modern JavaScript techniques, optimizing performance, loading times and frontend architecture, writing maintainable, well-documented and thoroughly tested code using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright and related tools, participating in code reviews and guiding discussions on frontend architecture and best practices, contributing to UI/UX improvements, design discussions and component-level decisions, troubleshooting, debugging and resolving complex frontend issues in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Building intuitive, fast and reliable user interfaces for our healthcare billing intelligence platformDesigning and implementing data-driven dashboards and interactive visual componentsIntegrating frontend features with backend APIs and cloud servicesCreating delightful animations and interactions that elevate user experienceOptimizing frontend performance, bundle sizes and overall scalabilityMaintaining high code quality and participating in rigorous code reviewsRequirements:3+ years of professional frontend development experienceProven track record of building and shipping production-grade web applicationsExpert-level proficiency in React and Next.jsStrong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills with deep understanding of type safetyProficiency with GSAP for building smooth, performant animationsStrong UI/UX sensibility and experience translating designs into responsive interfacesSolid understanding of backend systems, RESTful APIs and cross-team collaborationExperience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Run or Cloud StorageProficiency with tooling such as Vite, Webpack or similar build systemsExperience with state management (Redux, Context API or equivalent)Strong knowledge of responsive design and CSS-in-JS frameworksFamiliarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflowsStrong debugging and performance optimization skillsExperience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library or PlaywrightPreferred Qualifications:Data Structures and Algorithms proficiencyGoogle Cloud Platform certificationsExperience with healthcare or fintech applicationsFamiliarity with WebSockets or real-time communication patternsExperience with design systems, component libraries or UI frameworksKnowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAGExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deploymentsFamiliarity with monitoring tools and analytics for frontend performanceWorking at Our Company:We offer a fast-paced startup environment where your work ships quickly and makes an immediate impact.
