Software Test Engineer RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our organization and drive the quality strategy for our Conversational AI platform.Job Description:As a key member of our team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced test automation frameworks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our AI-driven solutions are robust, scalable, and delightful for millions of users.Lead Test Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for our Conversational AI platform.Build Automation Frameworks: Design and develop innovative, reusable test automation frameworks beyond Selenium, PlayWright, TestNG, Appium or RestAssured.Ai-Specific Testing: Create novel testing approaches for NLP & Voice models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.Innovation: Be part of our innovation lab to redefine Quality assurance in the new world.End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of quality for critical initiatives.Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior SDETs and developers in adopting AI tools and best practices.Performance & Scale: Design and execute load, stress, and latency tests for our distributed systems.Requirements:At least 7+ years of experience in software testing with a minimum of 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks.High proficiency in Java (or similar languages like Python) for test automation.Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalents.Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to testing AI/ML systems (e.g., LLM, NLP, Chatbots) or fintech applications is a plus.
