Job Title: Enterprise Data Strategy LeadThe primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and future growth objectives. As an Enterprise Data Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing a robust data architecture framework that supports scalable and reliable data management across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a unified data governance framework that ensures data integrity, consistency, and compliance across the enterprise.Design and implement data pipelines using Apache Spark, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and data integrity.Lead the development of frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and automation (ETL/ELT), including real-time streaming ingestion pipelines.Establish and enforce metadata management, data cataloging, data lineage, and quality standards across the data ecosystem.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, BI, data engineering, and data science, to understand requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with enterprise needs.Provide technical leadership, mentor data engineering teams, drive best practices, and ensure maintainability of the data platform.Requirements:Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise data strategies.Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.Expertise in data pipeline design, development, and deployment using Apache Spark.Knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and real-time streaming ingestion pipelines.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in mentoring data engineering teams.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
