Resident Construction Manager

Job Description:Your responsibilities RCM heads the construction site organisation. RCM is required to drive the project and is responsible for leading the site organisation team towards completion of the project within budget cost and schedule to the satisfaction of the client and in line with the organizational goals.Major responsibilities:Overall site management and leadership of whole site team.Understanding full scope of the contract and administrating the contract with client related to site activities.Ensuring activities are performed safely and in compliance with the applicable project OSH policy, local laws and statutory requirements, such as relevant whole guidelines or directivesExecution of all facets of construction. (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Materials management, etc.).Planning the construction activities, ensuring quality of deliverable and meeting the time schedule.Site administration. (leave, statutory norms, site establishment/infrastructure, etc.).Administering contract with the sub-contractors. Responsible for developing symbiotic relations with contractors and vendors in line with compliance and company values, to have a positive influence on project completion.Managing construction activities as per schedule & forecast probable slippages and take mitigation measures.Keeping head office informed about the site status.Ensuring seamless working between office.Multitasking and executing all activities as per schedule.Handing over the site to commissioning team after the completion of construction activities.Ensuring timely site closure.Timely Billing and collection of paymentDesired Profile / Criteria / Skills :Degree in Engineering with minimum 25 years OR Diploma in Engineering with 30 years of relevant experience in construction. Out of the relevant experience, at least 10 years should be as Resident Construction Manager. He should have successfully constructed & commissioned multiple Process Units in Hydrocarbon / Fertilizer/ LNG/Petrochemical/ On shore Oil & Gas processing facilities..
