Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Expert Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the education consultancy field, helping students navigate their study-abroad journey. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling: Provide detailed and personalized guidance to students on course selection, university choices, and study destinations based on their profiles, aspirations, and eligibility.
- Application Assistance: Oversee the preparation and submission of applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Visa Guidance: Educate students on visa requirements and assist them in preparing for interviews and documentation processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends and policies in international education, admission requirements, and visa regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal team to align on student requirements and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Workshops and Seminars: Conduct informative sessions and presentations to educate students about opportunities and procedures for studying abroad.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an overseas education consultancy - mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Psychology, or related fields).
- In-depth knowledge of university systems, courses, and visa processes for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple students simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
