About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in building scalable applications, API integrations, and modern front-end interactions using HTMX and DaisyUI.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask).Implement HTMX and DaisyUI to create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interactions.Build and integrate robust RESTful / GraphQL APIs with third-party systems.Maintain high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-architected solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented codebases.Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making.Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:A minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience as a Python developer.Strong expertise in Python, Django/FastAPI/Flask frameworks.Experience with HTMX and DaisyUI for building interactive web front-ends.Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs / GraphQL APIs.Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs.Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.Strong focus on code organization, reusability, and maintainability.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice-to-Have (Preferred):Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for enhancing front-end features.Exposure to modern authentication & authorization frameworks (Keycloak, OAuth2, JWT).Experience in mentoring or leading small dev teams.Knowledge of Nextjs/TypeScript for enhancing front-end features.This is an in-office role and remote work is not allowed.
