We’re searching for a Junior Technical Support Specialist who’s eager to manage and maintain our IT environment and provide exceptional support across a range of technologies.


Responsibilities

- Azure & Virtual Machine Management: Assist in managing our Azure cloud environment and virtual machines to ensure smooth, secure operations.

- WVD Management: Oversee Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) environments to support remote and on-site communication.

- Technical Assistance: Provide clear, user-friendly technical support to internal users, breaking down complex ideas into understandable terms.

- Multi-Environment Support: Support operations across various environments, adapting to unique setups and challenges.


 Required Skills and Experience

- 4-6 Years in Technical Support: Some experience in technical support roles with a desire to expand your skill set.

- Familiarity with Key Technologies: Basic knowledge of Azure, VM management, and WVD environments.

- Clear Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that’s accessible to users of varying tech backgrounds.

- Customer Service Mindset: Enthusiastic about helping others, with a friendly and service-oriented approach.

- Self-Motivation: Able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.

- Organizational Skills: Solid time, issue, and project management abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Relevant Certifications: CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus.
