DescriptionPerficient is a global digital consultancy delivering AI-first and cloud-driven solutions. As a Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, you will design and implement Salesforce Industry Cloud applications using OmniStudio tools, Health Cloud, and integration frameworks. This role focuses on hands-on development, solution optimization, and working closely with technical leads to ensure high-quality delivery.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & CustomizationBuild Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).Customize applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.IntegrationDevelop and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs and middleware.Ensure data consistency and performance across Salesforce and connected platforms.CollaborationWork with architects and leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.Quality & Best PracticesFollow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.Optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability.Continuous LearningStay updated on Salesforce releases, OmniStudio enhancements, and industry trends.QualificationsExperience: 4–7 years in Salesforce development, with 2+ years in OmniStudio (Vlocity).Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Industry Cloud preferred.Understanding of APIs, ETL, and integration frameworks.Certifications:Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification preferred.Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Developer II is a plus.Perficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
