Effective manufacturing operations hinge on a deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules, specifically Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality. The ideal candidate must possess sound business acumen combined with in-depth knowledge to identify and recommend solutions based on the Oracle EBS Architecture.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with business stakeholders and onsite IT professionals to translate requirements into functional specifications.Working closely with the technical team to develop and support solutions.Ensuring seamless testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.Liaising with Oracle support for production issues and product enhancements.Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.This role requiresAt least 6-9 years of experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing in EBS, including the Costing module.A proven track record of successful implementations in the mentioned modules.Support project experience in Oracle EBS Applications as an EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant.Strong understanding of Oracle Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Cost Management, as well as Plan to Produce and Make to Order business flows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a good grasp of Agile Development methodologies.Hands-on experience with basic SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
