Agronomy Specialist RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Agronomist as an Agronomy Specialist (Manager). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing soil testing protocols, analyzing results, and prescribing fortification strategies tailored to specific soil conditions.The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate or doctoral degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, or Agricultural Sciences, with 5-8 years of robust field experience in soil nutrition, organic farming, and crop yield optimization.Collaborate with teams to work towards targets for creating product recipes to deliver effective soil nutrition to various crops and energy plantations.Create product differentiation by customizing soil nutrient solutions for specific crops and geographies.Identify and define soil testing protocols based on crop type, geography, and farming practices.Analyze soil test results to determine nutrient deficiencies and imbalances.Prescribe appropriate fortification strategies using solid and liquid Fermented Organic Matter (FOM), biochar-based soil enrichment, and organic fertilizers.Required Skills and Qualifications:Postgraduate or doctoral degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, or Agricultural Sciences.5-8 years of robust field experience in soil nutrition, organic farming, and crop yield optimization.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for career growth, collaboration, and professional development.Others:We value diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
