Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining registration and licenses in India, providing compliance support to all business units, managing KYC and AML matters, implementing controls over KYC and AML, and ensuring business compliance with rules and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain registration and license in India to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide proactive compliance support to all business units of the organization, identifying and mitigating potential risks.Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, implementing effective controls to prevent financial crimes.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure business compliance with regulatory requirements.Identify, escalate, and resolve compliance risks in a timely manner.Serve as a representative for regulatory communications, fostering strong relationships with government agencies and industry partners.Ensure adherence to best market practices within crypto business activities.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs in the financial services sector.Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, finance, or business administration.In-depth knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and guidelines, with hands-on experience in KYC/AML implementation and regulatory reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
