Operations Executive Job DescriptionCollabera is seeking an Operations Executive to process invoices and issue payments. The role involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.About the RoleThe Operations Executive will be responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. They will manage the day-to-day activities of the payment cycle in a timely and efficient manner.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate and complete onboarding processes per company norms.Communicate efficiently with prospective employees about company policies and US Department of Labour requirements.Analyze and verify documents received from prospective employees to confirm true identity and resolve deficiencies.Create and maintain a positive employee experience.Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to complete statutory requirements.Resolve billing problems and follow up with clients and sales teams.Participate in Collabera internal audits to fix errors.RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Persuasive and goal-oriented.Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Bonus Points IfExperience in non-voice-based KPO/BPO/LPO environment or exposure to detailed processes.
