Eco-Friendly Corporate Solutions Specialist

About the PositionWe are seeking individuals to fill a Sustainability Consultant role that involves implementing SAP's Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) for corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, and regulatory compliance.Main Responsibilities:Implement and configure SCT to support ESG reporting frameworks.Design and maintain sustainability data models and corporate KPI dashboards.Perform Gap Analysis between business ESG processes and SCT capabilities.Validate and test S/4HANA to SCT interfaces ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.Support ESG disclosure and audit processes using SCT's analytics.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align sustainability data flows with enterprise reporting.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:Key Skills:4–5 years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 2 years in Sustainability Control Tower (SCT).Strong understanding of CSRD and EU Taxonomy frameworks.Hands-on experience with ESG KPI configuration and sustainability data ingestion.Knowledge of S/4HANA integration, ESG data validation, and reporting workflows.Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in ESG reporting standards.Familiarity with SAP PaPM or Analytics Cloud for sustainability reporting.Experience in sustainability audits or non-financial reporting systems.
