We are looking for an imaginative Graphic Designer to join Quantiphi's Creative Team.Role : Graphic DesignerTitle : Marketing Specialist - DesignExperience Required : 5 to 10 yearsSkills Required : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe IllustratorAssignment (mandatory):Please submit your assignment here - Eo Mp469hig Gb4c APoster 1:Create a poster on the following message -"Embrace the Power of Generative AI for your Business with Quantiphi"Poster 2:Create a Social post on document processing technology and position a message -"Countless lending files concealing vital data?Turn document mountains into Instant Insights with Dociphi."Poster 3:Create a Social post on Agentic AI and position a message -"Agentic Al in HealthcareEnabling Intelligent Care and Operations"Guidelines:Logo files and Colour Pallet - N3 Fjz ARj2q SQZfv VZn17r Qt I9k5 VFAo?usp=sharingFont - Poppins / any of your choiceJob Responsibilities:Study design briefs and determine requirements.Schedule projects and define the work pipeline.Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.Work with the creative lead and the larger marketing team to produce the final design.Test graphics across various media.Amend designs after feedback.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.Job Requirements:Design and create enticing graphics for design deliverables (Flyers, Posters, Slides, Presentations etc.)Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for graphic design projects.Work with the creative lead and writer to understand the project scope and objectives.Assist in selecting design, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.Work with other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create new designs.Assist in designing and creating storyboards.Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.Maintain and follow best practices for naming convention, and organization of graphic files.Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.Note: Along with your resume, please share your Work Portfolio Links, like Behance / others.
