The role involves conceptualising and designing user-focused digital experiences that align with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, employing design thinking to ideate innovative solutions, creating visual and product design assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design outputs. The ideal candidate will refine and enhance user experiences for Flash AI's products while maintaining aesthetic appeal and usability. Qualifications Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design, with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics Understanding and application of Design Thinking principles to create user-centric solutions Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to uncover insights and inform design decisions Collaborative problem-solving skills to work effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and other designers Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Experience in using AI tools as part of the design process. Holding a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
