Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value proposition of IT services and SaaS products, aligning them with client needs and addressing potential concerns.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and closure, ensuring timely follow-up and progress tracking.
Customer Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of SaaS solutions and IT consulting services.
Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify client requirements and tailor customized solutions, including service level agreements and pricing structures.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position company solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1- 3 years of field sales experience in B2B IT services or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of cloud computing, SaaS technologies, and IT infrastructure to effectively discuss client needs.
Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT services and SaaS market, including key players, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze sales performance.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and managing a demanding sales pipeline
