● Setting sales targets for the team and motivating the team to achieve them.
● Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.

● Assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
● Monitoring sales trends and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
● Handling customer complaints and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
● Monitoring product performance and identifying slow-moving items.
● Overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
● Managing store facilities and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
● Collaborating with Internal teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
● Exploring cross branding and BTL opportunities to drive store-walkins.
● Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
