Banking Technical Consultant: Job Description: Apex LeadAdvises, designs, and supports banking clients in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Oracle APEX-based applications, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.Key Responsibilities• Work with business and technical stakeholders to design and develop Oracle APEX applicationsfor data management, reporting, and operational workflows.• Experience in leading a team of Apex developers for design and development of Apex basedapplications.• Build and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiplebanking source systems.• Develop complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages for data integration andreporting automation.• Design, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports to support business and regulatoryreporting needs.• Collaborate with data engineers, DBAs, and business analysts to ensure high data quality,consistency, and compliance with banking standards.• Support ongoing modernization and migration eNorts for legacy reporting platforms to OracleAPEX.• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization of ETL jobs and APEXapplications.• Provide production support and troubleshoot application or data-related issues in a timelymanner.Experience & Domain Knowledge• 3–8 years of experience in banking technology solutions, with a focus on Oracle APEX, PL/SQL,ETL development, and reporting frameworks.• Proven experience in working on banking data warehouses, MIS systems, and reportingapplications.• Good understanding of the banking domain, including Retail Banking, Lending, Deposits,Payments, CRM, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance Systems.• Experience in data integration across multiple banking applications and databases.• Ability to interpret complex business requirements into eNicient data and reporting solutions.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience• Expertise in Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, PL/SQL.• Good knowledge of data modelling, data governance, and performance tuning in Oracleenvironments.• Hands-on experience in developing secure and scalable web applications within the APEXenvironment.• Good communication and documentation skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional business and technology teams.Good collaborating with banking productt vendors and managing application integration.
