About the PHP Developer RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our team. This role focuses on Production Support, ensuring the stability, performance, and smooth functioning of our live applications.The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent debugging capabilities, and effective communication skills.Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for applications built using PHP & CodeIgniter.Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, database issues, and server-level problems.Monitor application logs, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.Manage Linux server operations, including log analysis, file permissions, cron jobs, and deployment activities.Collaborate with internal development, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth releases and issue resolution.Coordinate with clients to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide timely updates and solutions.Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) timelines, quality standards, and documentation practices.Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and new module development where required.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong technical skills in PHP and CodeIgniter.Excellent debugging capabilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Experience in Linux server operations.Familiarity with monitoring application logs and implementing long-term fixes.BenefitsOpportunity to work on complex projects.Chance to collaborate with experienced professionals.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive compensation package.
