Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and delivery of impactful learning programs across our global organization. The ideal candidate will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions that drive employee performance and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end training programs from conception to execution, resulting in measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Author and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Conduct skill gap analysis and develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Build and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and on-the-job application.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, and performance improvements.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving capability building and business impact.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred.Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace.Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.Ability to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?A competitive compensation package.The opportunity to make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education.The chance to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.A strong promotion-from-within culture that offers clear career advancement opportunities.BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits to support your personal and professional growth.
