In addition, we have 56+ msf of future development potential.  Job Summary – The role involves end-to-end project management of Integrated Township construction activities spread across about 70 Acres. Ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, and cost control. The position requires effective coordination with internal & external stake holders, contractors, and vendors to drive smooth project implementation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring project progress, resolving site issues, and implementing systems and processes for streamlined execution. A proactive approach to risk management, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety and quality standards is essential for success in this role. KRA – Responsible for all construction-related activities at the project site. Ensure smooth coordination among contractors, vendors, Head Office teams, consultants, and relevant departments. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders for alignment on progress, risks, and deliverables. Plan and schedule the project in coordination with the Planning engineer to ensure timely execution. Oversee day-to-day construction work, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Ensure high standards of construction quality, safety, and workmanship across the project site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to safeguard workers and materials. Escalate key issues and deviations to senior management for timely decision-making. Adherence of project budget. All other related work assigned to you by your Senior Authorities.
