Experience: 8+ years

Responsibilities:
Act as a hands-on leader, coordinating efforts across data engineering projects and directly contributing with hands-on development.
Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business needs using Kanban workflows.
Mentor team members and ensure the application of best practices and design patterns.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL (including Snowflake’s SQL variations).
Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data platforms.
Solid knowledge of data engineering best practices, data modeling, and design patterns.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with ETL tools like Matillion or Informatica.
Experience with generative AI tools for work acceleration.
Knowledge of enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., RMJ, Jams).
Exposure to Microsoft Azure DevOps and working in a Kanban environment.
