We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Incentives and Rebates Manager. This role will focus on identifying and securing funding, grants, and rebates for our projects across the United States.The ideal candidate will have experience in researching and applying for energy incentives, grants, and rebates offered by U.S. federal, state, and utility programs.This position requires strong English communication and writing skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.The successful candidate will collaborate remotely with our U.S. operations, estimating, and finance teams to ensure every eligible project receives available financial benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and maintain a live database of U.S. energy incentive programs.Prepare and submit incentive and rebate applications with required technical and financial documentation.Track application progress, approval status, and payout timelines.Generate monthly reports summarizing captured incentives and upcoming opportunities.Stay up to date with U.S. energy policies and clean-tech funding changes.Coordinate with accounting and project teams for compliance and documentation.About the RoleThis is a fully remote, long-term role that offers competitive salary in INR (based on experience), performance bonus tied to successful incentive and rebate capture, and paid training on U.S. energy programs and sustainability policy.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about sustainability, with experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online research.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or Energy Management3+ years of experience in research, energy incentive programs, or grant administrationStrong English communication and writing skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online researchBenefitsCompetitive salary in INR (based on experience)Performance bonus tied to successful incentive and rebate captureFully remote, long-term rolePaid training on U.S. energy programs and sustainability policy
