Senior SAP Analytics Cloud Engineer

We're looking for a Senior SAP Analytics Cloud Engineer to lead the build-out of SAC for financial reporting, ensuring alignment with Finance and consolidation needs. You will build, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud. Shape and deliver SAC reporting, dashboards and analysis that support core financial reporting, annual reports and regulatory returnsConnect SAC with SAP S/4HANA and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.Utilize and adapt pre-delivered SAC business content packages to accelerate reporting delivery and align with best practices.Ensure reports are efficient, scalable, and optimized for large datasets.Work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.Comfortable managing the full lifecycle — requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Establish best practices, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and other software engineers.Document data engineering processes, data flows, and system architectures clearly and comprehensively.Management tasksAct as a technical advisor and provide guidance to other teams and department.Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team.Contribute to hiring, on-boarding and training of new team members.RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master Degree is a plus).4-6 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) report development.Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA data models and integration with SAC.Proficiency in story building, dashboards, planning models, and advanced visualizations in SAC.Experience in financial reporting and analytics.Broader BI/Analytics experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.BenefitsWhat's In It For You?· Flexibility & Balance: Flexible working hours and work-life balance allow you to tailor work to fit your life.· Recognition & Growth: Opportunities for career advancement in a company that values your contributions.· Hybrid Workplace: Modern workspaces (in Zurich, Zug and Hyderabad as well as our Skyhub in Basel) and a remote-friendly culture to inspire collaboration amongst a globally diverse team.· Company-wide Events: Join us for company events to celebrate successes, build teams, and share our vision.
