Our app combines automated portfolio management, with hyper-personalized experience through data-driven investing and dynamic approach to help users achieve financial independence seamlessly.Our mission is to simplify wealth-building by democratizing financial advisory, making it accessible, affordable, and personalized.Job SummaryWe're looking for a Growth Marketer who is equally strong in brand storytelling and performance marketing. You'll build the RuDo narrative across all channels, define how people perceive our brand, and execute measurable growth campaigns to drive adoption.This is a unique role where you will operate as a one-person marketing engine, driving both the creative and the analytical sides of marketing. You'll work directly with founders across brand, content, acquisition, and retention.1. Brand Positioning & Storytelling- Shape how RuDo is perceived across all touchpoints.- Build a clear, trust-driven communication style for NRIs.- Develop brand narratives around global + India investing, wealth building, and cross-border financial life.- Ensure messaging stays premium, consistent, and emotionally relevant.2. Growth & Performance Marketing- Plan and run campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.- Optimize CAC, activation rate, and ROI.- Build landing pages and run A/B tests to improve conversions.- Lead ASO and app-store messaging for downloads and trust.3. Content Leadership- Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.- Write scripts, hooks, captions, and educational content.- Oversee creators and influencers in the NRI + finance space.- Maintain a premium visual identity with the design team.4. Communication & PR- Work with PR partners for media exposure and founder-led storytelling.- Build narratives around trust, regulation, cross-border investing, and wealth journeys.- Write crisp brand communication for website, emails, notifications, ads, etc.5. Analytics & Insights- Track funnel metrics using GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, and internal dashboards.- Run weekly experiments to understand user behavior and improve activation.- Improve onboarding flows with product team to increase first-investment conversion.Required Skills- 4–7 years of experience in growth, brand marketing, or full-stack digital marketing.- Strong copywriting and narrative-building ability.- Experience with paid acquisition (Meta, Google).- Understanding of performance metrics, funnels, and retention.- Ability to create marketing ideas that are strategic, emotional, and conversion-focused.- Experience in fintech, wealth-tech, or NRI-focused markets (a plus).- Comfortable operating independently, with founders, in a fast-moving environment.What We Offer- Competitive salary in growing fintech startup- Mission-driven culture democratizing wealth creation- Cutting-edge technology stack and rapid innovation environment- Leadership opportunities with direct product impactReady to build the future of wealth management technology?Join us in empowering NRIs to achieve financial independence through innovative mobile solutions.
