Program LiaisonAs a Program Liaison, you will engage with parents to understand their child's learning needs and recommend suitable solutions.You will effectively present program offerings and address queries to drive enrollment and conversions. This is a revenue-generating or customer-facing role that requires excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.You will conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and maintain a pipeline of follow-ups. Prior experience in EdTech is preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience in cold calling and handling objections confidently is essential.This is a night shift position with one weekday off (except Saturday and Sunday).The working hours are six days a week.This role offers remote work opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Engage with parents via phone calls, Zoom meetings, or Google Meet to understand their child's learning needs.Present program offerings and address queries to drive enrollment and conversions.Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and maintain a pipeline of follow-ups.Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.What We Offer:Night shift position with one weekday off (except Saturday and Sunday).Six days a week working hours.Remote work opportunities available.
