About the Role:
Ratna Global Tech (RGT) is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead projects and serve as a trusted client partner. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional solutions on time and building lasting client relationships, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for client accounts, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scopes and objectives, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility. Plan, execute, and complete projects on strict deadlines, managing changes in scope, schedule, and budget.
- Risk Management: Perform proactive risk management, identify potential project risks, and escalate issues to management as needed to minimize impact.
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Development: Identify, document, and analyze business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective business processes and solutions.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and assist in developing business cases and feasibility studies.
- Communication & Business Development: Engage clients to understand and address their needs, identify areas for improvement, and drive new business opportunities to meet sales quotas.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports on account status and project documentation in line with Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Agile Project Delivery: Deliver projects in an Agile setup, utilizing tools like Jira and Microsoft Project.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering, Master’s, or related field.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing projects using Agile, Jira, and Scrum methodologies. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Multitasking Ability: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
