Imagine a role where you define, govern, and execute the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end strategy for a comprehensive Branch Automation platform. As a Product Owner, your primary objective is to ensure our product remains compliant, operationally efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving branch-level service needs and regulatory expectations.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision: Communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for our Branch Automation platform, ensuring alignment with branch-banking priorities and operational efficiency goals.Branch UX Modernization: Drive the modernization agenda, ensuring teller screens provide modern workflows, dual-monitor support, accessibility compliance, rapid navigation, and performance improvements that directly impact teller efficiency.Product Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog, focusing on high-value branch automation features and modules, and adjust priorities as business needs evolve.Migration & Version Upgrade Roadmap: Manage the migration and version upgrade roadmap for our platform, ensuring seamless adoption across banks while maintaining backward compatibility and minimizing operational disruption.User Story Creation: Convert business, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria tailored for development, QE, and integration teams.Integration Governance: Ensure consistency and quality of all integrations across core banking APIs, cash recyclers, and peripheral devices.Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs (transaction throughput, teller efficiency, audit exceptions, adoption, customer satisfaction), and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and industry benchmarks.Security & Compliance: Oversee security, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement for operational resilience.The ideal candidate will share our values, possess relevant skills, and be passionate about building the digital future of finance.
