Cybersecurity Expertise Sought for Fintech Innovation Job Description Our company is driving digital transformation in the financial industry by building a tech-enabled ecosystem for issuance, distribution, advisory, custody, listing, and liquidity of digital assets through our portfolio companies. We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity professional to join our IT Team and contribute towards making Singapore a leading digital asset hub. Key Responsibilities: Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks by designing technical solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to implement them. Assess and evaluate IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, and systems used to achieve business objectives. Maintain and improve our compliance and ISO 27001 certification by crafting policies, developing key processes, and communicating with auditors and regulators. Investigate cybersecurity alerts, respond accordingly, and keep senior management informed of emerging situations. Develop and conduct IT security training programs for employees. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in financial institutions or fintechs. Strong understanding of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS, or equivalent standards. CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent. Technical expertise with security tools and DevSecOps experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
